CORPORATE INSOLVENCY RESOLUTION PROCESS OF

MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Limited (CIN: U45204DL2011PLC226845)

 

On 21st January, 2025, Hon'ble NCLT New Delhi, Principal Bench, has initiated Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Limited (CIN: U45204DL2011PLC226845) and appointed Mr. Piyush Moona, as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) of M/s  MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Limited. Moratorium U/s 14 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code has been declared. Now the affairs, business and management related to the  MBL (MP) Toll Road Company Limited, would be managed by IRP/RP, as per IBC.

 

The IRP shall be collecting claims from creditors and run the insolvency process.

 

Powers of the Board of Directors is suspended during CIRP and same is exercised by the IRP/RP.
